In May 2019, he was one of six experts invited to mentor the Army Science Board on Battlefield AI and invited educator in battlefield AI at the Army Cyber Center of Excellence. He was the Systems Engineering Technical Assistance program manager for the JIEDDO Attack the Network effort, supporting from 2010 through 2016. He is a former infantry commander, C4ISR planner, Warfighting Dean at Marine Corps University and a School of Advanced Warfighting (SAW) graduate. He enlisted for active duty in 1981 and is an USNA Class of ’86 graduate. Mr. Morin has over 14-years of Industry Program, Solution Architect, Capture, and Proposal Management experience. His efforts gained IDIQ and Task Order awards with GSA, Special Operations Command, U.S. Air Force, the Defense Information Systems Agency, the Joint Improvised-Defeat Organization (formerly JIEDDO), Intelligence Community, and the Department of Homeland Security. He ran the National Capital Region Office and Programs for Gemini Industries, Managed 3 IDIQ contracts that resulted in multiple Task Order awards. He was the Associate Dean of Masters Programs and Joint Professional Military Education at the Marine Corps University. He led Current Operations AND Operational Planning (OPLANS) at a Combatant Command, Commander and Chief Pacific Fleet, III Marine Expeditionary Force, and multiple Joint Task Forces. He was the chief educator for the National Response Planning for Pandemics and led the execution of Inter-agency Pandemic Response Exercises for military support to civil authorities.
