Founder of Celebrating Freedom Ministries (a non profit organization) that in turn founded Branch House – A Transitional Home for Men in 2009. Branch House was a residential program designed to help men be free from life controlling problems and transition them back into family, and productive members of the community. As director of Branch House I managed the day-to-day operations including meeting with men both individually and as a group, teach recovery and life principles. Minimum required stay for men was 6 months, however men that were serious about their transition generally stayed a year or longer to insure their safe transition back into community and life.

Provided teaching and training for recovery ministries including development of program and curriculum plan at Celebration. Missions, including construction for a church in Costa Rica. Multiple trips to Teresina, Brazil for speaking at local churches and teaching and training at The Potter's House, a Transition Home for Men. Also speaking and training in Joao Pessoa, Brazil. Have traveled and taught at a recovery home for men in Ukraine and traveled to India as well. Led design team for 4M dollar 30,000sf project that included development of initial conceptual cad design drawings, soliciting bids for CM@R contract, and supervising all building construction, participating in project meetings and acted as liaison with building contractor for a . Had to overcome challenges with TDEC for partial building construction over an existing creek.Helped to resolve code issues from prior construction by redesigning an existing second floor area that was in code violation, by demolishing and re-fit on main level.

Managed a variety of projects ranging from schools, multi-story office buildings, multi-family housing, a 5 story motel, manufacturing facilities, and many other. I was responsible for purchasing, scheduling (using P6 and Microsoft Project), project meetings, estimating, shop drawings, and all aspects of construction and contract management. For CM@R Projects I was part of the design build and value engineering team that communicated and coordinated with Architects and Engineers from project inception to completion. I was responsible for purchasing and implementation of Primavera Software system throughout the company including training for Project Managers and the addition of laptop computers into the field offices and training for Project Superintendents in the software.

Began as laborer and worked my way up to carpenter helper, carpenter, assistant foreman, project superintendent, and Manager of Construction, Project Managing projects as well as overseeing another Project Manager. Completed a variety of projects around the Southeast US, ranging from million dollar homes, custom condominiums, luxurious clubhouses at well known golf and resort communities, restaurants, multi-story motels, retirement communities, and shopping centers,
