I have over 45 years of experience in Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) on projects ranging from soil and geosynthetic liners to foundation installation and pavement construction. My experience covers geotechnical laboratory testing (Atterberg indices, moisture and density, gradations, compaction, and strength), field-testing and observation of soil and concrete, and senior CQA technician for major projects.I am certified by the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) and have attained the grade of Engineering Technician in Geotechnical Engineering Technology (Level III). I also have a Level II Certification in Geosynthetic Materials Installation Inspection.I have been responsible for verification of the contractor's work and conformance with project specifications.
