Process customer orders directly from customers or Sales Representatives.Utilize HRMS computer software to provide order estimates, enter orders, maintain order back log, and customer product inventory.Oversee and resolve customer inquiries, questions, and complaints as well as provide timely follow-up.Maintain positive customer, vendor, and co-worker relationships.Assist all departments in the successful completion of customer orders.Utilize Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook to communicate order status and relay messages.

Communicates with customers, works with all departments for scheduling and graphics engineering needs, estimates orders, enters orders, proofs graphics and bill orders.

Responsible for estimating, quoting, obtaining tooling costs, placing customer orders, monitoring warehouse inventory levels/turns and placing fulfillment orders. Works closely with all departments in the development and maintenance of customer specifications and resolution of any customer specific production or shipping requirements or issues. Also assists in the training and development of Account Managers.

Directs and coordinates all facility activities associated with assembly, receiving, shipping, quality and inventory of materials in a manner that maximizes profitability. Provides daily operational leadership to ensure that all company policies/programs are successfully implemented with subordinate staff. Manages customer relationships and acts as the Account Manager on key house accounts.Monitors production/assembly rates to minimize job costs.Conducts periodic inventory counts and generates all applicable reports.Conducts Safety Meetings and enforces all safety/OSHA regulations as mandated by the company. Assists in any transportation needs required to satisfy customer demand (internal/LTL).

Receives and processes new and repeat customer orders of products ordered by mail, telephone, e-mail or through customer personal contact. Provides information to customer inquiries and seeks resolution to customer complaints. Tracks and maintains warehouse inventories and replenishments. Performs price estimation and cost analysis functions for new projects. Obtains pricing from outside vendors and reviews for cost and lead time effectiveness. Seeks out and identifies methods to decrease costs and increase quality and service. Provides pricing, availability, and scheduling information to Sales and clients. Tracks shipments to insure timely and correct deliveries. Maintains electronic and hard copy files of customer requirements, purchase orders and component specifications according to ISO standards.
