Since 2013, I've been driven by a passion for renewable energy, starting with the Wind Turbine Technician program at Lethbridge College. Building on that foundation, I expanded my expertise by earning my Journeyman Electrician certification with Red Seal endorsement.As a lead technician, I prioritized fostering a collaborative, safety-focused work environment and encouraged continuous learning. My progression into management roles at Enercon and Siemens Gamesa refined my leadership skills, allowing me to mentor and develop technicians.Now, I dedicate myself to enhancing team capabilities through targeted training and development, ensuring exceptional performance and growth in the wind industry. I have taken on the Service Operations Manager at the Buffalo Plains Wind Farm which is Canada’s largest producing wind farm with an impressive 494MW capacity featuring the new 5.X SG170 platform by Siemens Gamesa
