All aspects of managing a liquor sales staff of 12. I see between 12 to 15 vendors a week to set up purchase of wine, beer and liquor products. I was able to start from the ground up with the building of the store, complete set up and staffing. Inventory control and forecasting plays a large part of the job. I enjoy the challenge that the weekly promotions offer and look forward to setting up tastings and liquor classes. Watching the store grow to clearing 3 million dollars a year in sales has been very fulfilling.
