I am a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist. For 31 years I worked at the Leicester Royal Infirmary. I now spend a lot of my time directing and instructing on national and international courses for health care professionals, to teach them how to deal with emergencies and save the lives of both women in labour and their newborn babies.I am a Community First Responder (FPOS -- First Person On Scene) for East Midlands Ambulance Service.I am also a member of Rotary International. I am the immediate past Rotary District 1070 International Service Chair for RIBI (Rotary International Great Britain and Ireland).
