1、Take full responsibility for the talents assessment and recruitment. 2、Take responsibility for the construction of the training system and training execution. 3、Construct the system of performance management. 4、Protocol the C&B strategy, and take the reform. 5、Direct the subsidiary corporation and branch offices in HR affairs.

1、Take responsibility for the programmers recruitment. 2、Responsible for some special recruitment projects（S3 Engine project，wireless project... ） 3、Valuate the present recruitment channels and develop special channels if necessary. 4、Collect the Industrial Information and establish the inner talents pool. 5、Take the knowledge officer of Recruitment Department.
