* Execute large scale, major projects for Fortune 500 companies and premier organizations, building and implementing financial reporting systems and applying complex financial analysis to strategically align with each client’s financial objectives.* Evaluate current Treasury, investment, derivative and risk management systems and the supporting processes to understand the client’s operational needs and determine the appropriate solutions. Develop accounting policies, valuation systems and reporting procedures for structured products portfolios. * Perform a range of highly-specialized and client-specific analysis for multifaceted projects, including the consolidation of structured entities; regulatory consideration of financial analysis and legal entity reporting; identification of embedded derivatives, relevant balance sheet classifications, interest income and impairment model for investment securities; fair value methodology; and the interpretation of critical data from investment and Treasury systems used in hedge accounting, valuations, and disclosure requirements.* Collaborate with clients from global organizations, consulting on the effectiveness of their consolidated financial closing systems, valuations, processes and internal controls.
