-Conduct ROV operations in a professional manner that reflects positively on the client, contracting agency, and myself.-Foster a team atmosphere in situations where ROV personnel have limited experience working as a group.-Promote the safety culture of the location where I work, and point out possible problem areas before an incident occurs.

-Perform assigned work-tasks as directed and in accordance with the established procedures and routines defined in the vessel/rig safe system of work.-Ensure ROV tasks are carried out to client specifications and that relevant procedures are followed for project completion. ·Operate and maintain the ROV system in accordance with company procedures and standards.-Foster a team oriented atmosphere and act as a role model for personnel assigned to my charge.-Suspend the operation when environmental conditions or system status might endanger the safety of the crew or the equipment.

-Pilot the ROV during critical path operations to ensure safe and efficient completion of project tasks.-Responsible for the safe launch and recovery of the ROV system and assist the ROV supervisor/superintendent in making judgement calls for safe launch/recovery operations.-Inventory control to include parts used, material requisitions, shipping and receiving of parts, and element tool review.
