• Serves as logistics lead for one of the two entry ports erected for Afghan refugees under Operation Allies Welcome. Liaises between the prime contractor, Department of State, Department of Homeland Security, US Army, US Air Force, and various other contracting companies and Government agencies. • Ensure all life logistical requirements necessary to sustain life for Afghan refugees are procured and maintained and that all contracts to support those needs are executed according to terms.• Track all inbound and outbound flights, utilizing Palantir software, from PHL to area of operations; reporting information and personnel rosters as needed. Coordinate between manifesting entity in charge at PHL to ensure accurate numbers are obtained for the proper planning horizons.• Implementing and streamlining processes to forecast the need for transport to various locations via charter bus; based on the deficit that exists between outbound and inbound flight capacities. • Maintain personnel accountability from plane to facility for processing, to downstream safe havens accurately submitting personnel numbers as requested.• Managing subordinate personnel to improve, further streamline, and maintain processes in place

While acting in this role I expertly navigated all aspects of internal logistics for 555 Soldiers and $100M+ worth of mission-critical equipment and collaterals for a Combat Sustainment Support Battalion. I utilized the Command Supply Discipline Program to execute report of surveys, lateral transfers, and equipment turn-ins. I lead procurement efforts to secure essential equipment, supplies, and transportation and orchestrate company movements across states.Some key accomplishments in this role:• Owned accountably for multiple high-level functions including sustainment plans and operations, supply, maintenance, transportation, and services and operational contract support.• Controlled $1.25M budget including prioritizing and tracking expenses and governed the Government Purchase Card Program for the Battalion.• Acted as the Facilities Manager for four unique locations.• Orchestrated the successful company movement from CA to LA including procurement of military and civilian airfare for equipment and personnel and commercial line-hauls for large collaterals.• Strategized and delivered life support logistics for 3K+ personnel serving in operation Vibrant Response and operation Guardian Response in close collaboration with senior management and vendors.• Perpetuated continuous mission readiness for response to Federal CBRN within 72-hours of initial notification.

During my tenure in this position I oversaw program delivery for a workforce of 5.5K+ Soldiers while simultaneously controlling a $6.7M annual operating budget. I administered multiple functions within the program including initial training, professional military education (PME), and functional training. I drove continuous improvement by evaluating current practices in order to identify and implement actionable solutions to maximize capabilities, streamline processes, and improve productivity.Some key accomplishments in this role:• Prevented a $1M+ loss by spearheading efforts to prioritize educational requirements during new arduous conditions onset by the COVID-19 pandemic.• Secured a $1M increase in budgetary allotment by presenting detailed forecasting data and conducting high-level negotiations with the The National Guard Bureau.• Aggressively accelerated completion rates among key metrics by constructing internal tools and reports for the Chief of Staff.• Authored improved SOPs founded on industry best practices.

I employed superior leadership capabilities to direct all aspects of daily operations for a Water Purification and Distribution company while driving core mission and strategic objectives for readiness across all functions. I governed a workforce of 160+ Soldiers throughout everyday operations, short- and long-term plans, and special projects. Throughout my time in this role I dynamically led the execution of the Command and Control Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Response Element Bravo (C2CRE-B) project to deliver water purification and distribution capabilities to any global deployment location within only 72 hours. I established a highly-invested and proficient 33-member team of cross-functional logistical Soldiers through strategic talent development including training, continued mentorship and routine performance evaluations. I utilized exemplary project management skills to navigate all tasks and activities while adhering to all deadlines, requirements and strategic objectives.Some key accomplishments in this role:• Owned accountability for $1.1M annual budget including prioritizing expenses, allocating resource, and investigating solutions to improve cost savings.• Perpetuated mission-readiness for a Federal CBRN response at all times.• Successfully strategized and executed two successful team movements including transfer of $18M worth of equipment through military and commercial air, commercial line-haul, and convoys.
