Responsible for overseeing and coordinating cross-functional retail renovation projects of varying size and complexity. Includes design, production, vendor relations, customer communication, strategic planning and operations for a variety of projects such as: interior and exterior décor and signage for casinos, banks, credit unions, grocery stores, themed restaurants, bar and lounges, hospitals and medical centers.Clients point of contact for all project aspects: design, permitting, manufacture and installation. To ensure the customer gets the “end product” of their dreams and all details taken care of in an efficient mannerDemonstrate exceptional planning, coordination, and time management skills Handled subcontracting for construction, printing, installation, carpet, and all other project featuresCoordinated production details for architects, design teams, production, and location crewsTracked schedules and supervised each team’s role to ensure all client deadlines were metCommunicated throughout the project to update client expectations and keep everyone informed
