Responsible for managing the operations of Cooper Green Mercy Health Services, a 200 employee multi-specialty ambulatory clinic serving Jefferson County's low-income and economically challenged residents. CGMHS provides primary care, urgent care, behavioral health, twenty specialties, OT,PT, and Speech Therapy, diagnostic imaging, clinical laboratory, and pharmacy to citizens of Jefferson County regardless of ability to pay.

Served in a voluntary capacity as Director of ABLE Network, Inc., a state-wide business consortium that supports the hiring and advancement of people with disabilities.The consortium promotes diversity in the workplace by recruiting and retaining people with disabilities; promoting the exchange of best practices in disability management among business and industry; fostering partnerships with rehabilitation service providers under the coordination of the Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services; and, sponsoring employer-focused educational and training opportunities related to a wide array of disability and compliance issues.
