I owned provision of Helpdesk-style security systems and integrations support, including account creations, permissions management, remote arming/disarming, and training. I was recruited to formulate the design transition to IP-based security systems for country’s prospective tallest building. Later in the role, I effectively orchestrated mounted security systems and contract negotiations for 15+ esteemed clients, including the World Bank, Galana Petroleum, and Airports of Madagascar.As leader, I established and led a high-performing security design and installation team, initially with 2 technicians, tripling to 6.
