Experience Summary:Twenty-five years of experience in management of contract/procurement operations in accordance with company policies and procedures. Some of the contract administration was performed in accordance with International Federation of National Associations of Independent Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) and standard United States government regulations (FARs and DOD Supplement clauses) and the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). Experience includes drafting, reviewing and executing contracts and subcontracts, license agreements, memorandum of understanding, lease agreements, nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and contractual terms and conditions relating to government and commercial contracts and procurements; working knowledge of contract types that include fixed price, cost plus, cost reimbursable, unit price/labor/man-day rate and Time and Materials, Engineering Procurement and Construct (EPC) and the Service Contract Act. Work experience also includes preparation of (RFT’s/RFP’s) and the review of RFT’s/RFP’s; negotiation of contracts and subcontracts; establishing contracting and procurement policies and procedures; and ensuring conformance to the Company’s ethical business standards. I also have information technology skills, with proficiency in the use of Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Word.Major Accomplishments: Participated in the Space Shuttle Program at Vandenberg Air Force Base in central California in support of government contracting worth over 876 Million Dollars.  Supported contracting for the South Texas Nuclear Power Plant Project in Texas, (2 – 1250 MW Units) in which the total estimated project amount exceeded 87 Million Dollars.  Participated in the World Renowned Petrochemical Project in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia in support of contracting for infrastructure and maintenance of the Oil Refinery City. The Project exceeded 380 Billion Dollars.
