Dedicated field engineer for all in-warranty HP accounts. Multi-platform break-fix repairs on all HP equipment including inkjet printers and plotters, monochrome and color laser printers, desktop PC’s, all Proliant servers including pre-merger units as well as pre and post-merger laptops. Responsible for bi-weekly 24hr on-call status for 4 hour response clients. Trained in Dell and Okidata equipment as well for other clients. This position also called for a good driving record and insurance standing as well as a reliable vehicle for driving between 2000-4000 miles per month.

Served as Level 3 hardware technical lead at Boise HP site. Support for virtually all HP monochrome and color printer models at the 3000+ employee site including beta/presales units, enterprise printer networking, Multi-Function Printer administration as well as WebJet Admin utilization. Power User on the HP mainsite print server and Administrator on the multi-site Digital Sending Server. Hardware support also included all HP and Compaq desktop and laptop units down to component level repair/replacement. I also utilized Level 3 technical responsibilities in software repair and support for all HP related packages including: Microsoft Windows NT4, 95, 98, ME, 2000 and XP, All currently supported Microsoft Office products (2000, XP and 2003), Reflection, Symantec AntiVirus, Sygate 3.5, and various other software packages. Helped test the Microsoft AntiSpyware Beta and implemented the SP2 rollout sitewide. Various other duties and responsibilities as well.
