Assign style numbers and color codes for each style.-Merchandise collections according to color palettes and treatments in trend.-Interface with product development team to research and develop iconic and new methods of construction details –hardware, material combinations, new production/design and techniques.-Communicate with factories for spec sketches, prototype samples, design changes and price negotiations.-Photograph and retouch all samples in high resolution for booklets, ipads, internet and Ad campaigns.-Create InDesign catalogos of the core collections Kenneth Cole, Timberland, Diesel and the fashion collections Tom Ford, Roberto Cavalli, Balenciaga, Mont Blanc, Swarovscki, Tod's for the US retail division and Latin America.-Meet with vendors for new development of product and trend direction.-Research domestic and competitive markets to identify new products and market trends while maintaining the brand identity and business strategy.-Assist in collection approval meetings with licensors and product development teams.-Work regularly with VP of product and brand managers to review each collection status, product time lines and deadlines..........-Maintain tray samples sets of collections and vendor proposals.
