Began as a Route Manager in Residential, proven track record in service and up sales I was then asked to become Commercial Route Manager. Had great success in that role was then promoted to Service Manager, after 3 years in the role I was promoted to Branch Manager Trainee. Extensive Customer service both inbound and outbound calls. Worked with service, sales and office teams in an effort to build sales, maintain current customer base and most importantly keeping our customers happy.
