Entrepreneurial initiative was used to build a million dollar company constructing six homes in the high end Buckhead marketplace. I was responsible for everything from envisioning the home, lot, and floor plan- to closing the Sale. The homes I built were as follows:1084 West Nancy Creek Drive $1,200,000This was my first speculative home. Prior to this home, the highest price home on the street sold for $734,000. 1084 W. Nancy Creek set an all time record for highest sales price being the first $1.2M sale on the street.905 Highland Terrace $1,000,000Although the other builders interviewed for this project were from much larger companies, I was selected. Among those attending the interview at the Druid Hills Country Club to select a builder for this project were a Georgia Pacific VP of Sales, one doctor and two prominent Atlanta lawyers.1080 Oldfield Road $780,000This was my second speculative home. It was built during the market melt down of 2007. During a 10 month period I received only one call from a prospective homebuyer. I converted this one call into a closed deal. No agent was involved. I did the total deal myself from start to finish.1716 Granger Drive $939,000The wife of this future client was jogging by my first speculative home located at 1084 W. Nancy Creek Drive and gave me a call. I met with her and her attorney husband and closed the deal. I was also contacted in 2011 to finish their basement.115 Mt Vernon $665,000Another client referred me to this couple and I closed this deal and built the home.3538 Mill Creek Drive $1,200,000I took this project over from another builder who parted company with the homeowner and finished this very complicated project with a pool located within the home itself. Over $65,000 in structural steel was required along with multiple engineering obstacles.

Complete P&L and operational responsibilities for an 8 employee department which maintains and remodels our existing 400 investor owned residential and commercial properties as well as new residential construction projects.

Built approximately 75 homes in the $700,000-$1.2 Million price point in the high end down town marketplace. Exceeded the high expectations of multiple clients. I was responsible for building the homes from the ground up, meeting with clients, keeping costs on budget, and obtaining Certificates of Occupancy.

Founded a construction services company that offered painting, carpet cleaning, and floor covering services to the Atlanta real estate community. Corporate customers included Northside Realty Relocation, Prudential Realty Relocation, Coldwell Banker Relocation, Buckhead Brokers Relocation, and Fannie Mae. Our reputation was so strong that we were selected to do all of the carpet installations in the Atlanta market by Fannie Mae.
