Having served 4 years of work experience within the Construction industry, 2 years as a Consultant QS and 2 years as Claims Consultant. In first 2 years as Consultant Quantity Surveyor, I had been handling both Pre-contracts to Post-contract and having experience to contend with few multi millions of projects simultaneously.Therefore, I have developed good independence and able to work with team as well as under pressure, but always seeking for most effective ways to complete task within timeliness.Furthermore, during my tenure as in the position of Claims Consultant, I have learnt how to deal/overcome the contractual matter and/or disputes when any issues arise between the Parties.
