Sr. PM for Submarine and Undersea programs as well as Electronic Security Systems (ESS) and shop fabrication.

Performs daily administrative support to include, but not limited to, training, finance, travel assistance, expense reporting, and team discipline. Posts, tracks, and validates positions for projects assigned to PM portfolio. Provides new employee's assistance in the in-processing procedures, setting up automated accounts, etc. Ensures all automation, physical, and information security requirements are adhered to and the proper levels of security clearances are in place. Validation of reported and billed contract employee labor hours. Serves as liaison for transition to, though, and between projects, employers, and CONUS operations. Provides interaction and constant informational updating with the customer unit / ACOR (Assistant Contracting Officer Representative / Command Elements. Assists in the reporting and tracking of the status of the projects, i.e. reporting projected travel dates, and actual costs upon completion of expense reports to ensure that funding is sufficient for remaining travel.. Serves as the customer unit's representative and single point of contact for any issues, capabilities of the contract, and dispute resolution at the lowest level possible. Provides the customer on the spot, real time analysis and recommended possible solutions to logistical hurdles and shortfalls. Provides the customer assistance in refinement of requirements to required labor hours required for support
