My Name is Roger Templeman, I am a Managing Member and the Founder of Cad-Con Design LLC. We are Proud members of the National Construction Drafters Association We are an American Owned and Operated Small Business..I grew up working hands on in the Construction Field. A former Licensed Builder from the Mid West. I Worked with Non-Profit Organizations Such as The Motor City Blight Busters & Active Motivation to name a few. I worked for Trend Millwork In Lincoln Park Mi. Where i learned how a Real Millwork Operation Operates. I attended OCC for Computer Aided Design/Drafting. Trained with Steppin’ up technology Inc. on AlphaCam software & CNC Routers. I Also Completed the Stiles Education CNC Programming & Operation course. I have an extensive background in Project Management, with over 20 Yrs in the Construction Industry and over 10 of them in the Millwork Industry I bring my unique set of skills to the Drafting and Shop Drawing World. As Managing Member of Cad-Con Design LLC., I oversee the day to day operations and Delegate to my project managers. Cad-Con Design LLC are Specialists in the Millwork and Casework Shop Drawing Field. Providing Millwork Shop drawings and Other Drafting Services to Millwork shops, General Contractors and Architects.Cad-Con Design Specializes in AndCAD as well as Many other 2D & 3D CAD & Modeling Software.In Florida, Cad-Con Design Provides enhanced services.We can help you get After the Fact permits and missed inspections Affidavit and Inspt.
