General Manager running operations for custom home building firm. Lantana Corp was the construction arm of Tyson-Murphy Architects in Tucson Arizona. David Tyson and Neil Murphy designed many of Tucson’s iconic foothills homes, while Lantana Corp built them. Projects ranged from million dollar spec homes, commissioned custom homes, as well as small semi-custom subdivisions. While at Lantana, Roger rose from project superintendent, to project manager, comptroller, and ultimately General Manager overseeing all operations of this home-building firm.
