Our office manages an ethics hotline for employees and a guardianship hotline to report fraud, waste and abuse.

Implemented integrated audit methodology to evaluate business, operational, financial and technological risks. Developed and executed annual risk-based audit plan for the company with revenues exceeding $500 million and operations based in the U.S. and Caribbean.

Directed as lead liaison delivery of the annual audit plan of various financial products and services for the Latin American & Caribbean region and select U.S. businesses with revenues exceeding $1 billion.Supported global audit team to revise risk assessed audit methodology, which improved front-end planning, increased resources devoted to control evaluation and testing, and streamlined audit report content and issuance.Demonstrated expert knowledge of control theory and professional auditing practices in the integrated business, operational, financial and technological audit components.
