My journey at SFU has been incredibly rewarding, with standout achievements in Operations Management, Business Statistics, and Project Management.My foundation in hospitality, earned through a Diploma from Douglas College, has shaped my approach to guest services and operations. At Carmana Hotel & Suites, I took pride in enhancing guest experiences and cutting down on waiting times and paper waste. My time at MGallery Hotel Belmont was all about boosting occupancy rates and guest satisfaction through strategic inventory management.Recently, I tackled an exciting project with Tru Earth, where I helped streamline accessibility enhancements, delivering results ahead of schedule and under budget. It was a fantastic opportunity to apply my skills in risk analysis and data-driven recommendations.Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, and holding a Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma, I’m passionate about leveraging my technical skills in SQL, Microsoft Office, and Power BI to drive innovation and efficiency.I’m enthusiastic about connecting with professionals and exploring opportunities where I can contribute to dynamic teams and make a real impact.
