Located in Nashville, Roger is the Chief Marketing Officer for Judgment Index™. Judgment Index™ is a TN based assessment and consulting company with global operations in the UK and Australia. The Judgment Index™ is a unique assessment that looks at one’s judgment capacity to meet the judgment demand in one’s demand at workplace or home. The outcome of the assessment is data driven analytics that depict the strength of judgment and decision making capabilities of an employee or employment candidate.
