- Be responsible for the production equipment management and establishing & maintenance for the production process documents, to ensure the production operating with high quality and efficency- Coordinate with production supervisor to implement the new project activities, complete the relevant tasks in time according to the project plan- Establish production process specification, SOP, and work instruction - Liaise with Quality department to carry out the environment validation and process validation- Establish the preventive maintenance plan for all the equipment and arrange the maintenance plan on schedule- Strive for manufacturing excellence with a lean manufacturing culture for process improvement, waste reduction, cost down and efficiency enhansment- Conduct the deviation investigation and analysis regarding to production activities, for product/process nonconformity and customer complaints
