Manage the China IT team to deliver variable applications to support the business growth. Coordinate with international team for the application support - Local projects from initialize to delivery. The solutions cross departments on China Offical website; Saleforece.com; ERP; Revenue management system; Marketing automation tool and BI - Ship localization. Responsible of the ship localization solution when there is new ship arrive in China－ Office support. Manage the team to support the office infrastructures－ Department budget and cost control. Initialize the department budget and control the spending－ Strategy development. Working with the Management team to develop China IT strategy in the coming 3 years.

Lead the group ERP program from concept design to deployment in China and India - Project Management - ERP process design on Finance and Procurement - Business case creation/modification and Budget control - Business partnership
