I supported two teams in search infrastructure: Search serving infra team which powers main search and typeahead across Facebook app family: Facebook, Instagram and Messenger. We build search engine searching one of the largest (if not THE largest) document repositories in history.Search as a service team which democratizes search by providing search as a platform to the rest of the company. We power hundreds of search and typeahead use cases with varying size from a diverse set of products in Facebook.
