Coordinating and prioritizing the following: product flow onto the website, launch product availability and marketing, website merchandising, customer facing marketing campaigns, email campaigns, utilizing merchant team priorities to maximize sell-through through marketing campaigns. Managing social media, scheduling posts and prioritizing product and campaigns, copywriting, maximizing reach and engagement through organic posting, boosted posts, and paid social ads. Working in conjunction with all departments locally and the marketing team internationally. Proofing all digital content before deployment, as well as executing product and lifestyle photography. Also, tracking sales and performance results across all channels (web/mobile/email/etc.) to assist in making effective data-driven decisions to improve customer traffic, loyalty, sales, and the overall success of the business.

To ensure a successfully run business, I performed all duties in the areas of marketing, advertising, customer service, graphic and web design, budgeting, rentals, and sales. In the years I've been in business, I have a long track record of success and satisfied clients, who I continued to work with until I moved to my current marketing role.

Proven track record of success in all areas of the business, and responsible for all aspects of the day to day operations of the store including, but not limited to; customer service and sales, merchandising, shipping and receiving, interviewing and hiring for numerous stores in southwestern Ontario, performing action plans and terminations when necessary, training and mentoring staff at store level and district wide to ensure the strongest teams possible, upholding company policies, controlling internal/external shrink, balancing wages, and invisible waste control.
