With more than 35 years of experience in the world of agricultural trade, I offer extensive knowledge and expertise in international trade agreements, agricultural trade policy analysis, and U.S. export and import programs. In my most recent position at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, I worked on a wide range of negotiations and projects, including the U.S.-EU beef agreement, the Trans-Pacific Partnership agreement, the U.S.-Japan Trade Agreement, the Trans-Atlantic Trade and Investment Partnership, U.S.-UK trade agreement, and the World Wine Trade Group. Prior to my time at USTR, I served as a foreign service officer with the Foreign Agricultural Service, managing overseas offices in Warsaw and The Hague. I also worked in the FAS/Washington headquarters in a variety of trade analyst and managerial positions.
