I have led and been the face of the change in the separation of Colonial First State from CBA. I have been accountable for delivery of new wealth products. I have led the delivery of the 5 year strategic plan on behalf of the Leadership team to new private equity owners - mapping out the value creation trajectory from acquisition through to investment exit. I have managed project teams to build entirely new tax administration capabilities to service international clients from scratch. I have been directly accountable for projects with budgets over 7-figures and on the program leadership team for programs over 9-figures. I have successfully navigated change in Australia's largest public company, private equity owned business and and regulated fiduciary super trustees. In all of these endeavours I have led highly functioning teams to achieve their best, coordinated executive leadership teams and taken engaged fiduciary boards on the journey. In addition to my core professional accomplishments in finance and wealth I have a deep personal interest in global critical mineral strategy and the global challenge to unlock the critical mineral resources needed to facilitate the clean energy transition, which will be a key growth driver for the Australian and select global economies in the coming years.
