In these roles, I was the sole manager for entire branches of the organization, allowing the opportunity for my project management, leadership, resiliency, and strategic planning skills to be honed and strengthened. Often times, I acted as the sole liaison between my team of 20+ people and the Commander, where I learned how to professionally review and report on metrics & KPI's in order to live up to organizational standards. Finally, I had the opportunity to develop and implement standard operating procedures throughout my team, ensuring disciplined and consistent results throughout my tenure. In addition, I have a proven record of seamlessly integrating military expertise with entrepreneurial achievements. Currently, I manage a $3 million real estate portfolio with Whitehouse Property Management, LLC and Central Georgia Apartments, LLC. This portfolio includes long-term rentals, foreclosed properties, land, multi-family, RV parks, and mobile home parks. I excel in tenant and contractor management, creative deal structuring, underwriting, and both traditional and innovative financing. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Human Communications from the University of Central Florida and a Masters of Arts in Management from American Military University.
