45 years international and NZ experience, overseas I worked in the UK, UAE, Qatar, Baharain, Saudi Arabia, and Zambia. My work overseas was primarily on very large master planning and and new city developments as a planner, architect and project manager. My UK experience was largely on education and hospital projects as an architect. My Zambian experience was as a Regional and City Planner.Established ARTO Architects and Town Planners (originally APR Architects) 26 year ago in Rotorua.
