Responsible for all aspects of multi-site startups of an Exel developed customer service and results oriented warehouse management system in diverse operations that operate third party logistics for a dynamic client. Preformed on site testing, commissioning, training, research, program queries, and problem resolution. Interacted with site operations team to initiate and implement programs that improved warehouse layout and labor productivity. Managed local user acceptance teams in order to generate associate involvement and accommodate local system needs. Participated as systems expert in new customer business presentations and conducted numerous customer tours.
