As a pre-sales technical consultant, my role consisted of understanding the business requirements of customers, providing suitable solutions from the Level 3 product suite and developing bespoke applications to ensure customer needs are met within budget, timescales and scope, whilst maintaining margins and revenue targets for Level 3.
