Responsibilities:• Leadership of 33 software and project staff across 5 teams• Core Billing, CRM, Provisioning systems and DatabasesSignificant achievements:• Led the passive integration of an $80M acquired ISP into our core billing and customer facing systems• Created the business case and project managed the delivery of the inaugural PCI compliance including cultural and process change across the group to meet requirements• Owned the commercials and delivery of a $1M traffic management solution requiring internal software and network teams to develop capability closely with an external vendor• Significantly improved the service levels of the key customer database system• Established operational, change management and software lifecycle processes

Pro Subi Ltd is an independent not-for-profit marketing body to collectively market the Subiaco CBD and brand as the unique retail, service, leisure and business destination of choice. Established by pro-active Subiaco business people and the City of Subiaco to address the increasing competition from rival shopping centres and strip shopping destinations.Responsibilities:• Director duties for an independent not-for-profit body focussed on marketing the Subiaco CBD as a unique retail, service, leisure and business destination of choice• Financial oversight of $0.85m operating budget• Development of 5 year strategic plan• Mentoring CEO to develop her commercial and financial acumen• Stakeholder engagement with City of Subiaco councillors and several business operators within SubiacoSignificant achievements:• Built a case for and championed a strategic shift towards creation of content and ongoing events in Subiaco and marketing those events in order to attract visitors• Put in place financial management policies to ensure adequate governance controls in place and to boost transparency to the board• Organisation won two awards in the 2013 Australian Marketing Institute WA Awards in the Consumer Insight and Marketing Communications (Business to Consumer) categories
