Forever was the 4th largest NPS Concessionaire.• Technical Lead for numerous contract wins in Parks and Conference Centers including: Lockheed Martin, 4H, Crater Lake, Union Creek Resort, NCED for the US Postal Service, and High Point University to name a few. This work has helped grow the division by more $125M in the past 5 years.• Technology owner for establishing Bandwidth and Managed Wi-Fi to some of the most remote locations in the US. Places like Yosemite, Grand Canyon North Rim, Crater Lake, Big Bend, and Isle Royale to name a few. This action dramatically raised guest satisfaction scores and help retain key employees that needed to stay connected to the rest of the world.

Primary duties include IT management and over-site for CRM, Revenue Management, Online Booking, Central Reservations, Web Site creation and maintenance, Employee Intranet, Sales and Catering, Guest Wireless, and general IT consulting needs. • Directed, managed, and installed the first CRM ever used by Xanterra Parks & Resorts. The project is credited with increasing conversion and add on sales by 12%.• Helped manage the takeover of Glacier National Park. All 5 resorts as well as the required management infrastructure were handled on time, and on budget. The takeover was handled in under 60 days in one of the most remote areas of the U.S.

Achieved $100,000 more in revenue based on the new systems performance. An 8% rise over any other Opening Day.
