Roger is the Chief Growth Officer for TenderHeart Health Outcomes. In this vital role he is responsible for setting and executing the strategic growth strategy, generating revenue, and expanding our presence nationwide.

Serving the needs of state governments by delivering innovative healthcare programs, with customized clinical and network strategies, powered by information technology. We serve 30 states and over 5 million people in diverse programs, including Medicaid, CHIP, Dual Special Needs Plans (DSNP) Long Term Services & Supports and Foster Care.

Responsible for analysis and coordination of business processes end-to-end to ensure Military and Veteran's Health Services processes are compliant with the TRICARE contract, support the program objectives to improve affordability and quality of care and represent best practices for TRICARE beneficiaries.

Leads strategy and business development activities for the Solipsys Corporation. Reporting directly to the President, develops market and competitive strategy recommendations that accelerate growth in revenue and margins. Holds direct responsibility for acquisition of new clients, and the establishment of productive and profitable relationships with external organizations. As a thought leader, synthesizes complex market and competitive information across multiple businesses, anticipating market trends and customer needs, transforming analysis into actionable recommendations for investment and operational improvement.

I retired from military service as a Colonel in 2012. My last position was Commander of the 552nd Air Control Group based in Oklahoma where I lead over 1,400 people in units distributed across Oklahoma, Florida, Utah, Idaho and Arizona. Among many other successes, I implemented a lean culture and made critical allocation decisions saving over $42 Million in 2012 alone, resulting in our team winning the Efficiency Award for the entire US Air Force. I served significant time in the Pacific and Middle East theaters, and had the privilege of attending the US Air Force Fighter Weapons School and won Distinguished Graduate, Top Scope, and Top Academic Award honors.
