I've worked in various sized companies ranging from a small start-up to highly matrixed global organizations.Along the way, I've had some great roles and opportunities. I was part of a start-up that grew from 25 employees to 600+ , as well as 600-900 contracted employees in less than three years. I created and developed the HR Department, building and executing on the HR and Recruiting Strategies.I'm experienced in providing thoughtful HR counsel and strategic guidance that balances both business and people needs. Experienced in leading initiatives and projects, as well as coaching/mentoring leaders and HR staff.I am fully knowledgeable in all HR functions and comfortable leading local and remote teams.
