• Logistics Planning Analyst – Corporate Logs Department (Oct/12 – Mar/14): Strategic activities related to costs and processes mapping as well as the writing of operative procedures regarding a new product of the Company (Cofre Inteligente/Smart Safe); Create and develop KPI’s and Management Reports; Identification and sharing of best practices among the Company Branches; Approval of software functionalities for better management of the Product; Action Plan follow up through meetings with the Corporate Managers; Preparation of a training event with representatives of all Branches to form local ‘focal points’, which resulted in a 30% reduction of maintenance Costs; • Operations Consultant – Operation Planning/Risk Management Department (Nov/11 – Oct/2012): Interface between the commercial and operational areas, for defining the operational conditions to perform new transport services; Operational Schedule of all field teams (about 380 guards in total); Carrying out studies for continuous optimization of the current work schedule; Best practices sharing; Preparation and monitoring of KPI's as well as management reports; Insurance Coverage requests preparation regarding Special Operations; Coordination of a 9 employees team, through which all requests for the next day (D+1) are registered in the system and scripted, and the current day performance is monitored. • Operations Consultant – Intermodal Transport Department (Feb/11 - Nov/11): Responsibilities on all fronts of the Intermodal segment: Development and monitoring of KPI's and dissemination of best practices; Coordination of airport operations, including insurance coverage requests; Coordination of a 5 analysts team for operation planning and field monitoring; • Trainee (May/10 – Jan/11): Job Rotation in the Administrative, Operational and Commercial areas of the various Companies of the Protege Group, in order to obtain a solid training in the Businesses of Transport of Valuables and Private Security.
