Having worked in the tech industry as a lead executive for seven start-ups, with three closing in highly successful liquidity events, I am experienced in taking companies from no growth to accelerated growth.My key skills are vision-creation, inspiring others to follow and leading from the front. Taking companies on strong growth trajectories has equipped me with the skills and business acumen to build high impact teams, deliver consistent growth and to collaborate with external partners to deliver results at pace. Empowering others enabled all of my projects to successfully scale and, during my executive career, my biggest reward was to unlock the potential of the people around me. I believe that it is possible to balance profit with purpose and lean very much towards projects, which make a tangible difference to society. With that in mind, I changed the ‘profit-only’ maxim in my portfolio and now spend my time on projects that can offer the right balance of commercial outcomes with purpose.
