This was conducted wirelessly, via fiber-optics, or Ethernet depending on the location of training and assets that were available. Each package was custom tailored based on the unit's needs. The tactical support branch also acted as its own help desk servicing each of the connections that it established. Additionally the tactical support branch would support operations of the network operations center by establishing links in the garrison area for secure video teleconferences and other secured connections.Roger has prior certifications for COMPTIA A+, Network+, and Security+.He holds a current Top Secret / SCI Security Clearance.
