I created development roadmaps and prioritized tasks to enhance both the pace and quality of our work. This role required me to balance both the immediate needs of running a 24/7 SaaS with setting long-term strategic goals. I enjoyed the challenge of both being hands-on debugging and developing software when required as well as working to provide an environment where my teams could perform.As Tech Lead at Mestergruppen AS I was able to partake in building up an internal IT organization. My main responsibility was leading the team responsible for developing identity and access management (IAM) system for various the brands under the Mestergruppen corporation. My work involved architectural design, backend development, and integrations with CRM, ERP, and e-commerce components. This work provided me with extensive experience in system architecture and managing large-scale integrations as well as a good understanding of the work needed to design and implement software in a large organizations with complex requirements.
