Based in London and Cambridge offices, but with a national and international practice.With twenty five years of experience in dealing with family businesses on divorce, ranging from international trust cases to the first generation start up, I am skilled in quickly finding solutions which avoid the debilitating effect of divorce litigation on the businesses involved. This applies equally to cases involving complex arrangements for wealth protection, and to professional families.I strongly believe that couples should be supported in finding the best solution for themselves, as quickly and cost effectively as possible. Each family is different, and couples are usually the best judges of what is best for themselves and their children.
