I and my business partner Alan Spurgeon completed a successful Management Buyout of TH UK Media Limited. We retained some members of staff from the company and we moved forward in a streamlined profitable way. I left this company in the, very capable, hands of Alan who has continued to make Hedgehog Digital a successful Online Marketing Company.

I originally joined THUK as a Project Manager and worked closely with the design and development teams to streamline all activities. We eventually were able to double the amount of work undertaken and intern increased Sales. I was evntually promoted to Managing Director and continued the work building process.

Media Steps Plc was a vehicle for manufacturing and supplying advertising space on staircases. The concept was to reproduce an advertisement and split the image up into strips which would be fixed onto the risers of a staircase. When viewed from a distance it would be easily seen as a full poster. This concept was run out into a large selection of Railway Stations and Football stadia. I resigned form the company in 2005 but retained my shareholding.

I started RCBS to supply the exhibition industry with advertising space. The main concept was to create 1 metre square tiles which we sold to exhibitors to advertise their products and presence within various exhibition venues throughout the UK. This became so successful that we soon adopted the staircases for similar advertising. This concept was very swiftly being adopted by stadia as well as a selection of Railway staircases.
