My entire career has been in healthcare architecture. I worked for HOK - St. Louis, The Architects Collaborative - Cambridge and CRS - Houston before joining a smaller firm in Missouri. From there, Herman Miller hired me for their healthcare team, where I've led marketing and the healthcare architecture and design initiatives. My primary focus is on the application of our "lean" continuous improvement initiatives in healthcare with lot's of R+D activities and public speaking engagements on healthcare trends and issues on behalf of the company.
