Roger always knew that construction was his passion. He began working for a General Contractor at the age of 14, part-time during the school year and full-time in the summer. He worked his way up from an entry-level cleaning crew position to excavating foundations with a shovel, tying rebar, serving on the place and finish crew, and ultimately working in concrete forming. After graduating from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management, Roger continued his career in concrete construction, overseeing a variety of high-profile projects such as the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, Thyssen Krupp Steel Mill, and the UTSW Hospital in Dallas.A construction industry executive with a proven track record in business development, strategic planning, operations management and project management, Roger's core competencies include pre-construction management, engineering, and the development of programs and processes to improve operational efficiencies and profit margins.
