My global approach to sustainability strategy starts with a focus on 6 objectives - green product design, green supply chain; new, green products and services; net zero facilities, marketing/communications and corporate governance - and builds on solid data, metrics, KPI selection and tracking to deliver business results along with reduced impact.My innovative "Green Team/Boot Camp" program brings employees together to reduce footprint, improve environmental performance, and reduce risk. I work best together with EHS and Lean/Six-Sigma and Continuous Improvement programs as essential partners for success. I'm often the inside and outside "face" for my sustainability programs.
