Supervise corporate safety, health and environmental protection functions at the project level while coordinating with leadership to ensure safety continues to be a company priority. Manage resources in adherence with all company standards, policies and procedures, as well as compliance with all federal and state regulations.Leads and manages safety leadership team projects.Manage all electronic and software programs in mobile equipment.Understand and enforce OSHA, employer and owner rules and regulations on project sites.Perform regular job site safety inspections to evaluate safety conditions.Identify, document and recommend resolution of hazardous/potentially hazardous conditions.Investigate and document accidents, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, automobile and near miss accidents.Manage DQ files for new and existing employees (Annual MVR, clearinghouse and.etc)Utilize FMCSA rules and regulations with new hire processes, training and record keeping.Manage claims in regards to incidents (worker's comp, auto and general)Manage claims that have escalated to a lawsuit by providing information related to the incident.Submit reports/incidents into Power Apps (5S, End of Month, Incidents and etc.)Assist with preparation of site-specific safety plans, fire prevention plans and the preparation of daily job hazard analysis.Provide training and education to Company personnel with regards to safety requirements, including coordination of new hire safety orientation programs.Provide input to Safety Committee and department leaders for collaboration on safety matters.Provide assistance and updates to department, project and department management personnel to ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, accident and fire programs, procedures and policies.Interfaces as necessary with environmental regulatory agencies and audits project sites with compliance and environmental protection requirements.

-Service breakdowns-Maintain mechanical and electrical equipment -Weld and repair Weigh baskets, Agg bins, hoppers...etc.-Replace load belts, stacker belts, pilot valves, rams...etc-Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues-Build electrical panels and installation of panels, motors and gearboxes
